During the meeting, Rajeev Kumar shared his personal story — that his path is an example of how education at a Russian university can become the basis for professional fulfillment. After graduating from the D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology, he saw prospects for applying his knowledge in Russia.
Key point: Rajeev Kumar met RUDN University students: the company invites international students to internships and work at the CELT clinic.
Today the group of companies «Raymed» is a dynamically developing ecosystem that unites a distribution network, the production of medical devices and a multidisciplinary clinic. The success of the company is based on a team of highly qualified specialists: engineers, laboratory assistants, marketers, managers and doctors.
Special attention at the meeting was paid to issues of employment of foreign students. About 20,000 students from India come to Russia every year, of which more than 80% choose medical specialties. According to the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, there is a significant shortage of personnel in the country: about 25–26 thousand doctors and about 50 thousand mid-level specialists.
The purpose of such meetings is to attract foreign students to internships and create conditions for their further work at the CELT clinic. The next meeting is planned in October 2025 with students of Tver State Medical University.
